You can rent an apartment that you like by using the booking system on our website or through the leev app. Just a couple of clicks and the apartment is yours.
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price will include the accommodation, access to all amenities available in the residential complex and concierge services. Our concierge will support you throughout your stay and advise you on how to best spend your time in the capital, where to eat out, and any other activity that you are interested in.
What services are included in the price of my apartment rental?
At an additional cost, you could check in at any time of the day. If your stay is booked for more than one day, leev offers a second cleaning of its apartments. Cleaning takes place between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., so you only have to choose the day when you would like to have the apartment cleaned again. You can also order a car transfer, laundry or dry-cleaning services by simply informing our concierge.
Can I see my apartment before checking in?
You can familiarize yourself with the apartment by having a look at the photos and videos from our website or on the app. If you want to rent an apartment for a longer period of time, you can reach out to the support team and we will agree terms and conditions that are convenient for both parties.
How do I collect the keys to my apartment upon arrival?
Each of our apartments is equipped with smart locks, so you do not have to worry about access to the apartment. Simply book a property and we will send you a notification to your mobile phone with the address and the access code to your mobile phone.
How can I extend my apartment reservation?
If you decide to extend your reservation, you can do so through the application form on our website or by asking the concierge to check if the apartment is available at your required dates.
How can I cancel my apartment reservation?
If you are forced to cancel your apartment reservation due to unforeseen reasons, please reach out to our support team and our manager will contact you within 24 hours.
Can I check in any day and at any time?
If you have booked an apartment in advance or if it is available on the same day, you can check in from 2 p.m. onwards and check out by 10 a.m. on the following day. If those time frames are not convenient, you can order an early or late check-in or check-out service when booking an apartment.
What if I am traveling with kids?
leev apartments do not provide baby equipment, but if you travel with small children, contact the concierge in advance, and we will provide your apartment with all necessary equipment.
What documents should I provide to rent an apartment?
You need to create an account on our website before booking any apartment and agree to the company’s T&Cs. When entering your mobile number and payment details, you will receive a code with the address and access to your apartment.
Is my data confidential when using leev services?
A confidentiality agreement is another reason why our services are so convenient. The data that you share with us on our website is entirely secure and confidential. Renting and staying in our apartments is also completely anonymous.
Am I allowed to smoke in the apartment or have a party?
